Cutting Test Library

To add new cutting test data into a worksheet, click on “Add Cutting Test” (below) and a new worksheet will appear. Once you have entered the data, it will appear in a personal library below. It will be identified by the subprimal fabricated, the employee perfoming the test, and a unique name given to the test by the user. If you click on “View Cutting Test” a library of cutting tests will appear that have been previously performed by the Meat Science group at Texas A&M University. These cutting tests examine novel methods of fabricating a host of subprimals in various weight classes and grades. These tests have been entered as administrator tests and are listed based on the subprimal they were fabricated from. By copying the test, additional economic data can be entered to create scenarios that match individual situations. To identify each test that is copied, give the revised test a unique name.

Navigation Tip:  If you have a question about what is entered in each field, mouse over the data field slowly and a brief description will appear to assist you.  User will enter data in the blanks with bold titles.
